Community & Industry Involvement

As a family business, one of Shapiro & Duncan's principal tenets is "giving back to our community and the construction industry." All of our employees are members of the "family" and are encouraged and supported in all facets of community and industry outreach.

We feel very strongly about career-based education and understand the need to provide students with knowledge of the construction career paths that could be open to them. We are involved and committed to mentoring students and providing internships in construction.
