"Henley Construction Company first established a relationship with Shapiro and Duncan in the early 1990's. Since then, we have developed quite a large portfolio of projects completed together. Although most work was completed on educational facilities, Shapiro and Duncan has met the needs of multiple service processes including Design/ Build and General Contracting projects. Because of their attention to detail, continued jobsite safety record and ability to meet or beat a schedule demands, we view Shapiro and Duncan as one of our top ranked sub-contractors to date."
